General Dynamics Information Technology Program Analyst - SECRET- Alexandria, VA in Alexandria, Virginia
Performs a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program
Takes meeting minutes during meetings, prepares and distributes minutes for internal and customer meetings.
Assist employees with travel requests, trip reports, and responsible for completion of expense reports.
Assist management with staffing, onboarding, and off-boarding activities
Submit and track all contract data requirements and deliverables due to customer program office.
Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
Participates in special projects as required.
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
- 3-5 years of related finance or business analysis experience.
Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Effective organizational skills.
Proficiency in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and other related software applications.
Effective communication skills.
Must obtain ITIL V3 Foundation within six months of hire.
Depending on job assignment, additional specific certifications may be required.
This position may be required to complete short-term deployments to austere locations worldwide
The work is typically performed in an office environment, which requires normal safety precautions; work may require some physical effort in the handling of light materials, boxes or equipment.
