Job Description:

CSRA's DOJ/OJP team is looking for a dynamic and experienced lead to guide and build our client's Testing Center of Excellence. As the Test lead you will be responsible for working closely with Federal leadership to define, automate and enforce policies, practices and reporting on all aspects of testing for the Enterprise.

You will be expected to participate in testing, troubleshooting and analysis on the development of systems. You will provide support in the development, implementation and maintenance of test processes and diagnostic programs and place a specific focus on improving our automated test coverage for all our systems.

Required Qualifications

excellent written and oral communication skills

ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

demonstrated ability to work in a complex, fast paced environment

demonstrated technical depth and experience in the field of automated software testing

significant experience across diverse technology stack including COTS and custom software

detailed knowledge of automated software testing tools (i.e. Selenium, JMeter)

demonstrated experience improving automated test coverage for existing applications.

working knowledge of VSTS for test case management

familiarity with standards and best practices for ensuring accessibility (i.e. WCAG and 508)

understanding of complete build pipeline and the ability to assist technical teams during implementation

focus on constant improvement and a history of getting the best out of others

BS in Computer Science or related field

10+ years of experience

5+ years working an Agile development environment
