Currently, we are seeking a Continual Service Improvement (CSI) Manager in Arlington, VA . The selected candidate must be able to obtain government security clearance, per contract requirements (Clearance Level: Secret).

*This is a temporary need. This role will be needed for 3 to 7 months, depending on the project completion *

So what is required of a Continual Service Improvement Manager on a day-to-day basis? There are quite a number of tasks and responsibilities, such as:

  • Update documentation for all CSI processes and procedures.

  • Create CSI Business Cases for proposed service improvement projects.

  • Collaborate with the ITIP Operations teams to identify areas for improvement; drive CSI improvement projects.

  • Deliver monthly CSI reports to the Government.

  • Manage a team of CSI Analysts, Knowledge Engineers, and Quality Analysts to accomplish all CSI objectives.

To qualify, you must meet these basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 5-15 years of experience

  • Practical experience with ITIL-based ITSM and managing teams of up to 5 people.

  • Experience with CSI, business process improvement, and operations optimization projects for Enterprise IT projects.

It would be great if you also had:

  • ITIL v3 Foundations certification

  • Familiarity with Tier I, II, and III levels of support, including Service Desk operations, Engineering, and Information Assurance.

Other qualifications include:

  • Comfort working and conversing with employees at various levels, from Tier I to Sr. Leadership

  • Comfort working with and briefing government customer at various levels.
