Job Description:

GDIT seeks a Mid-Level Program and Data Analys t to support CS&C Workforce Operations.

Contract requires an active Secret or Top Secret clearance.

Major responsibilities include:

  • Designing, refreshing, enhancing or re-engineering tools, reports, tables, charts and Visio diagrams (automation features, org charts, process flow diagrams, etc.) that support clear, actionable and impactful business reporting to senior management.

  • Provide day-to-day support to select WOO functional team members, including managing, monitoring and/or coordinating WOO functional team efforts, process management, stakeholder communications and other support duties.

  • Emphasis will be placed on federal performance management and working in federal performance management systems. (PII handling will be required.)

  • Draft process instruction, procedure, flyer, forms and other content that support business processes.

  • Support QD and learn aspects of Visio-based automated organizational chart development, in coordination with the WOO statistician and under the direct guidance of WOO leadership.

  • Knowledge of federal workforce topics or experience with performance metrics/reporting in a federal environment is a plus.

  • Individual must possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree, plus three years of relevant work experience (or masters, plus two).

  • Excellent business writing, oral communication and time management skills. Customer service is a mainstay for success.

  • Attention to process detail and numbers (e.g., for tracking metrics, budget data, etc.)

  • Good data organization and management is required.

  • Agility to operate and prioritize work successfully in a fast-paced environment.

  • Intermediate-level skills in generating Visio and Excel-based charting products and a willingness to learn and build on those skills as part of job progression. (Interviewees are encouraged to bring sample products, if interviewed.)

  • Good collaboration skills, multi-tasking and a team-oriented attitude. Individual will work primarily with a small client team, with opportunity to collaborate with other GDIT team members for some work.

  • The following traits or skills are a plus:

  • Demonstrated facility with performing and learning SharePoint or database skills a plus.

  • Interest or experience in data visualization and data reporting development a plus.
