Join GDIT in supporting the Integrated Base Defense Sustainment Support Program (IBD-SS). GDIT provides sustainment support to Product Manager Force Protection Systems (PdM FPS) and Product Manager Counter Explosive Hazard (PdM-CEH). We provide a range of Program Management, Integrated Product Support (IPS) (Spares, Warehousing, Inventory, Transportation, Shipping, Training and Maintenance), Operators, Field Service Representatives (FSRs); Systems Engineering and Total Asset Visibility (TAV) services.

GDIT has an opportunity for a Logistics Lead to support IBD-SS at Fort Belvoir, Virginia (VA).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Plans and develops logistics program activities from conceptual stage through the life cycle of the product to meet product support for customer programs, projects and equipment.

-Lead an international logistics team spread around locations in CONUS and OCONUS

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 15+ years’ experience as a logistics lifecycle management

• 5+ years of experience with Army ERP systems including LMP, DPAS, PBUSE, COLTS and RAID CLS

• Demonstrated ability to manage global logistics & sustainment operations

• Knowledge of the Army Acquisition Process for End Items and procurement of repair parts

• Knowledge of Army Training Management and Training Development IAW TRADOC Regulations

• Experience in warehouse operations: inventory management; shipping and receiving; transportation of real property both CONUS and OCONUS
