This program will provide a full software development lifecycle capability using Agile software development, DevOps, Infrastructure support, Procurement.
This work will be performed in the Washington Metropolitan Area and will integrate the acquisition, development, delivery, oversight, and control of mission enabling IT; implement a DevOps execution model that integrates services, hardware, software, and/or data support; incorporates new sources; maintain ingestion services as formats/schemas change; and improve throughput and efficiencies. This program will provide a new enterprise-wide DevOps environment that develops next generation capabilities while integrating existing functional requirements. This program is intended to provide maximum flexibility to the contractor to provide a transformational solution that integrates and accelerates the provision of IT and data services.
Educate/coach scrum team members on SAFe best practices; help resolve impediments to the team’s progress; assist teams to constantly improve their deliverables and team dynamics. Promote cooperation across scrum teams. Coordinate with other scrum masters at the scrum-of-scrums meetings. Lead sprint reviews, demonstrations, and sprint retrospectives. Create sprint summary reports and development sprint plans
Serves as key technical expert in an area of expertise or across multiple areas, providing strategic consulting to internal or external clients. Builds and maintains relationships with client, customer staff, and end users. Analyzes client and customer business needs and provides guidance on industry trends and opportunities. Researches and proposes products, systems, and solutions as appropriate. May participate in sales presentations.
