In this role you will lead the strategic partnership between recruiting and our business leaders to develop and deliver a talent acquisition strategy to identify and engage the top talent in themarketplace. Youwill manage a team with responsibility for portfolio management across a large and complex business group, evangelizing and driving process changes with managers and providing the critical feedback necessary to drive results and increase business impact.
As a GDIT Talent Acquisition Manager, you must develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies in collaboration with your team and hiring managers. Ensure strategies are aligned to the business objectives and GDITs imperatives with a key focus on the candidate experience.
Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managersacross your assigned portfolio: Provide a high level consultative approach to hiring managers regarding strategy, collaboration and solution for their book of business. Understand the intricacies of their program and environment dynamics through on-site visits with Recruiters.
Developing innovative strategiesby researching the latest recruitment trends and provides recommendations to management for optimizing and integrating these trends into daily routines.
Actively manage Key Performance Indicatorsby developing and analyzing key metrics to ensure the team meets or exceeds goals consistently.
Develop an effective pipeline of key talentby working with the Talent Mobility team, HR Business Partners and business leaders to create short and long-term forecasting models and workforce hiring plans.
Provide continuous coaching and mentorshipto your recruiting team to ensure they are continually supported in professional development. Ensure Recruiters have a balanced portfolio and are equipped with a strong toolbox to include a knowledge base on current trends and industry knowledge for maximum effectiveness.
+ + Current Talent Acquisition Management experience supervising, monitoring and measuring recruiter production.
Demonstrated recruiting experience in the intelligence community.
Candidates will have demonstrated success building and managing a recruiting function focused on the candidate and hiring manager experience as well as business results.
Subject Matter Expertise in using traditional, social media and other niche sourcing tools.
Knowledge and past use of a web-based applicant tracking system candidate workflow and dispositioning with EEOC and OFCCP compliance.
Ability to provide reporting and analytics on staffing status and provide analytic updates to management and customers.
Proficiency using MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and Power Point.
Be a motivated self-starter that is results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Significant Technical recruitment experience.
Thought-Leader who has the ability to make an immediate impact with creative solutions .
Security Clearance desired, but not required.
Bachelors Degree in a related business discipline or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
8-10 years of related recruiting experience, including supervisory experience.
