General Dynamics Information Technology ELINT Analyst - Junior in Molesworth, United Kingdom
ELINT Analysts support the Combatant Command’s watch operations, providing Maritime Operational Electronic Intelligence (OPELINT), Force Disposition (FD), and ELINT tracking and analysis of air and air defense forces and ground-based radars. This is a watch position and will require shift work.
Provides ELINT analytical and FD support to the Combatant Command watch, tracking red maritime forces, air and air defense force, ground-based radars.
Prepares assessments of current threats and trends based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of ELINT information.
Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operational success, contributing to full spectrum Indication and Warning support at the tactical and operational levels.
Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas. Employs tools including GALE 5, GCCS, RMT, WRANGLER, CED, and IBS.
Participates in special projects as required.
Bachelor's Degree in a related technical or military discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience
With a Bachelor’s degree, minimum of 0-2 years of related experience supporting military focused ELINT analysis and production programs and efforts.
With an Associate’s degree, minimum of 4 years of related experience supporting military focused ELINT analysis and production programs and efforts.
With a high school diploma, minimum of 6 years of related experience supporting military focused ELINT analysis and production programs and efforts.
Basic knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in ELINT.
Experience working with tools such as GALE 5, GCCS, RMT, WRANGLER, CED, and IBS.
Possess a Top Secret (TS) clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Source Background Investigation (SSBI).
- Recent experience (within the last five years) working at or above the Combatant Command level.
