General Dynamics Information Technology Intelligence Program Director in Stuttgart, Germany
Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in the field of DoD intelligence requirements at the Combatant Command (CCMD) operational-strategic -level intelligence Joint Intelligence Centers (JIC) / Joint Analysis Center (JAC) / Joint Intelligence Operation Centers (JIOC); including technical work, financial and business development activities.
Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate managers, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation in support of CCMD JIC/JAC/JIOC clients.
Directs program activities to meet client and organization work objectives and serves as a liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems; to include amongst geographically dispersed organizations.
Responsible for profitability and revenue growth of assigned programs.
Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits.
Performs business development activities, including the preparation and review of technical and cost proposals.
Performs program financial management services, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management, reconciliation, and profit enhancement.
Coordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities and administers subcontractor deliverables and finances.
Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents.
Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested.
Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.
Participates in special projects as required.
Travel may be required.
- Master's Degreein business administration, management, or a related field.
With a Master's degree, 10 years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis/operations.
With a Bachelor’s Degree, 18 years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis/operations.
Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
Possess a Top Secret (TS) clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Source Background Investigation (SSBI).
Experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing programs of large size, scope, and complexity.
Experience managing projects and/or programs with multiple OCONUS performance locations.
Experience supporting and managing military intelligence programs.
Experience with Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) requirements, regulations, and processes within the USEUCOM AOR, specifically for Germany and the UK.
Recent experience (within the last five years) working at or above the Combatant Command level.
Must have current TS/SCI with CI poly eligibility
