We are seeking a Project Management Associate to support our office and our Federal Aviation Administrative (FAA) team in Washington, DC. You must also be resourceful, a problem-solver, well organized, and have the ability to multi-task. You should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize your work using tools like Microsoft Office. We are looking for someone energetic, who can be both polite and persistent in completing tasks and interacting with personnel of all levels. Ultimately, to be successful you should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Gather, compile and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment
Assist in the preparation of ad hoc reports
Review contract proposals and all official correspondence
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Develop and maintain a filing system
Order office supplies
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Bachelor’s degree and two years’ work experience
Ability to obtain a Position of Trust with the US government
