Job Description

Develops computer systems specifications that address business requirements and that fit with company/customer system architecture standards.

Operations management of cloud-based and on premise environment for key business applications such as email and over the air management of mobile devices

The Messaging Services Product Team (PT) is responsible for the operations management of a cloud-based and on premise environment for the delivery of email (EMS365 and Lotus Notes), instant message (Lync), integration with business applications, maintenance and support for lotus notes legacy business applications, and delivery of core messaging functions (e.g. e-discovery and large scale broadcast message across the FAA enterprise). The Contractor is responsible for providing the following Message Services support:

  • Providing operational support such as incident resolution, incident escalation, critical situation disposition and closure;

  • Providing service management such as process life cycle management, process improvement, continuous service improvement, VIP support process, and trend analysis;

  • Providing messaging Services such as support of e-discovery/broadcast message/(Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), integration with business applications, articulate services, and maintenance of the service artifacts;

  • Providing technical support such as messaging architecture and design, operational analysis, execute approach to integration, and operational issues; and,

• Evaluating security requirements and routinely auditing system security compliance.

Education

Bachelors Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

Qualifications

10-15 years of directly related computer systems analysis and/or programming experience.
