We are seeking aSenior Technology Strategistwith focus on Development Operations (DevOps) technologies and services to support our Justice Programs team in Washington, DC/Metro Area. In this position, you will support the FBI’s Information Technology Applications and Data Division’s (ITADD) operation and enhancement of over 80 existing IT applications. ITADD oversees activities in information systems operations, information systems development and modernization, and IT security.


  1. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical disciplin (prferred) e, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.

  2. Masters Degree Preferred.



  • Ensures continuity of the technical direction and implementation across multiple development teams contributing to a single application

  • Primary Contact with Government Development Lead

Minimum Experience:

  • Twenty (20) years of experience with programming and software development and build and release management

  • Eight (8) years developing software solutions and strategies for the Intelligence Community (IC)

  • Five (5) years of experience managing multiple development teams contributing to a single product.

  • Three (3) years of experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) of large enterprise applications supporting 20,000-50,000 users while maintaining 24/7 availability
